Diana T. Myers and Associates, Inc. (DMA) is responsible for the administration of the PA Housing Choices website. DMA is a mission-driven housing and community development consulting firm that serves as the housing technical assistance provider for OMHSAS in addressing state-wide issues for housing persons with mental illness through the development and conduction of conferences, workshops, and meetings; the development of housing policy and position papers and; the provision of direct technical assistance.

DMA consults with nonprofit housing and community development corporations; local, state and federal government agencies; social service providers; professional associations; religious organizations; and real estate developers engaged in housing, community and economic development activities working to expand affordable, accessible, integrated housing opportunities for low and moderate income families and individuals. DMA provides a range of services around the planning, policy development, evaluation and programming of affordable housing. We support the concept of self-determination and specialize in addressing the needs of the homeless, people with disabilities, the aging population, and others who may need access to services in order to live independently in the community.
